It’s time to review some of the challenges I’ve seen businesses facing, while consulting and training companies across the UAE in November.
Here are the three big takeaways:
1) Companies have to get ahead of the market by innovating and diversifying. When market factors change, then your business has to be ready to adapt instead of being caught out!
2) It is a HUGE mistake to think that once you've tasted success, you can rest on your laurels. For every 'yes' I get for a new podcast guest, I've received plenty of 'no's. The real key to that success is to be consistent in building relationships and adding value.
3) The best way to maintain your results is by using momentum. Getting amazing results in January 2020 will be far easier for you if you use December 2019 to build up and accelerate into it! Not only will 2020 be better, but you'll also end 2019 on a high.
