To mark the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, I welcomed an Oscar award-winning documentary filmmaker Louie Psihoyos to The Spencer Lodge Podcast. Louie Psihoyos' documentaries explore how humanity is killing the world... and Louie explains for us to turn this dire situation around, it's crucial we change what's on our plates. Louie also talked about dedicating 5-10 years to producing each documentary, his horrific mercury poisoning from consuming too many fish, and how many different communities around the world live a healthier lifestyle and thrive off VEGETARIAN DIETS.
